Recently, a customer got in contact with Midlands Clearance as they had garden sheds which needed clearing.
The Need for a Home Visit
Usually we require a photo from the enquiry so we can quote the job appropriately . However, as the customer was elderly and unable to send an image to the team, we offered them a same-day visit where we visited them and quoted them for the task at hand.
The customer was happy with the quote, so they gave us the go-ahead.
The Task in Hand
We returned to the property with tonne bags, which allowed us to remove the waste more efficiently, as it was a long garden. As with all of our jobs, when completed, we asked the customer to check that the work had been done to a high standard and the customer was very pleased with the work, with all the waste then being responsibly disposed of.
